How does it work?

• You activate the promotion by installing and configuring the myFlexiO App between 15/03/2025 and 30/06/2025.
• The installation must be fully installed and activated by 31/08/2025.
• The FlexiObox must be linked to your account and the control fully activated.
• The user can query the status of the control via the MyFlexio App.
• TheP1 port of the digital meter must be activated. This is the customer's responsibility.Learn more about activating the P1 port.

Prerequisites:

• Valid only for new users installing the myFlexiO App for the first time.
• Only available for installations in Belgium.
• After the free 12 months, an automatic direct debit is started from the13th month. The end user will be notified of this via email.
